Where payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, Infinity Squared does not need to store your full payment card number.

When you use the Platform, we may collect information about properties you search for, view, save, compare, or analyze, along with financial assumptions, calculator inputs, investment scenarios, custom models, reports, preferences, and other activity associated with your account.

Communications

• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, measure, and improve the Platform;
• understand how users interact with Platform features;

• detect, prevent, investigate, or respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, or misuse;
• comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, contractual, or reporting obligations; and

Where information is to be used for a materially different purpose, Infinity Squared will seek additional consent where required by applicable law.

3. Deal Analysis and Automated Technologies

Infinity Squared may use automated, algorithmic, statistical, or artificial-intelligence-assisted technologies to provide or improve property intelligence, opportunity signals, financial analysis, comparisons, summaries, modelling, and other Platform functionality.

Information submitted to analysis tools may be processed to generate results requested by the user and to operate, secure, maintain, evaluate, or improve the relevant service.

Outputs generated by automated technologies are intended to assist users in reviewing information. They should not be treated as guarantees of property value, investment performance, financing availability, legal status, tax treatment, or future results.

Where Infinity Squared materially changes how personal information is used in connection with automated technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain additional consent where required.

4. Consent

Infinity Squared obtains consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information where consent is required by applicable law.

Consent may be express or implied depending on the nature and sensitivity of the information, the purpose for which it is collected, and the surrounding circumstances.

You may withdraw consent to certain uses of your personal information, subject to legal, contractual, or operational restrictions and reasonable notice.

Infinity Squared does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties and encourages users to review their applicable privacy policies.

7. Property and Publicly Available Information

Infinity Squared may display, analyze, organize, or derive insights from real estate, property, assessment, market, geographic, listing, government, or other information obtained from authorized data sources, public sources, licensed sources, users, or service providers.

Information concerning a property is not necessarily personal information in every circumstance. Where information is personal information and is subject to privacy law, Infinity Squared will handle it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

8. Communications and Marketing

Infinity Squared may send administrative or transactional communications concerning your account, membership, security, payments, requested services, or changes affecting the Platform.

Where we send commercial electronic messages, we will do so in accordance with applicable Canadian anti-spam requirements.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the message.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not necessarily prevent us from sending essential transactional or administrative communications.

9. Data Retention

Infinity Squared retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to satisfy applicable legal, accounting, security, contractual, dispute-resolution, and compliance requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.

When personal information is no longer reasonably required, Infinity Squared will take reasonable steps to securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

13. Account Deletion

Users may delete their Infinity Squared account using the account deletion feature available within the Platform.

Account deletion will result in the deletion or de-identification of personal information associated with the account, subject to information that Infinity Squared is required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or other legitimate business purposes.

Certain retained information may remain for the period reasonably necessary to satisfy those purposes and will continue to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

14. Children

Infinity Squared is not intended for children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
